The Victor Valley, now known as Inland Empire North/e-Corridor, is well positioned for the future. Currently estimated at 300,000, analysts predict the regional population will more than double by the year 2005. Lower land costs, affordable housing, clean air, no congestion, and low crime invite real estate visionaries to capitalize on the attributes of the High Desert. The High Desert’s 4,148 acre Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) adds valuable economic benefits with its access to major highways connecting the High Desert to other parts of the country.

The High Desert is situated approximately 30 miles north of Ontario Airport off of Interstate 15 in Southern California. We see many sunny days of warm weather, with cool evenings and chilly winters. Summer days average 90-100 degree temps, while winter days hover in the 50's and 60's. We enjoy striking golden, bronze, and crimson red sunsets almost daily. The views across the horizon are extremely unique: views of Joshua trees, barren, desolate land, mountain ranges, and twinkling lights from the cityscape.

Our once small area is now a booming economy that is flourishing. The business-friendly environment is welcoming to new investors looking for a place where is it feasible to maximize their dollar. Governmental agencies continue to offer incentives to businesses looking to relocate.

We are home to the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds where events take place ranging from the annual county fair to the Home & Garden Show. Wal-Mart has chosen Apple Valley as the newest location for one of its distribution centers, and more and more restaurants are calling the Victor Valley "home", including: Applebee's, Chili's, Johnny Carrino's, Beyond The Border, and the Roadhouse Grill.
