Want/Need +/-600,000 Sq. Ft. of Contiguous or Immediately Adjacent Industrial Spaces in California

Joseph W. Brady, Inc. dba The Bradco Companies has a client that is in need of +/- 600,000 Sq. Ft. of contiguous or immediately adjacent industrial spaces in California to store vehicles (will consider less space if the economics work). The buildings do not need to be new, but should be fairly close to each other. The property requirements are:

  • Building(s) must be secure
  • Low Cost
  • Allow for storage of privately owned automobiles to be parked inside
  • Tenant will need this building(s) by January/February 2019
  • Configuration of the space can be in multiple buildings on the same site
  • In the following Counties: Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Inyo, San Luis Obispo, Kerm Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Diego, Imperial, San Benito, Monterey, Merced, Stockton, and Sacramento.
