High Desert Property Audit

The question: “How much square footage of commercial property is there in the High Desert?"

The answer: “Within the 1,700 square miles of the High Desert, there is approximately 33.8 million square feet of industrial, retail and office properties.”

3 years ago, we hired OURtelligence, a real estate oriented marketing and research firm, to find this answer as part of the greater project of collecting data on every commercial real estate property in the High Desert and cataloging that information in a proprietary database.

Since that time, we have permanently hired Susan Bloomfield, former President of OURtelligence to oversee our marketing, research and business development. She will make sure that The Bradco Companies is offering its clients the most current and useful market data and the most advanced marketing strategies for their properties or requirements.
